Scheduling and Cancellations
Your session time is reserved just for you. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice so I can offer that time to someone else. Sessions rescheduled with proper notice may be moved to a new date without penalty.

Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.
Refunds
Because sessions involve dedicated time, preparation, and energetic presence, all services are non-refundable once completed. Payment reserves your session time and cannot be returned for missed appointments or late cancellations.
Late Arrivals and No-Shows
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time out of respect for other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, the session may be considered a no-show.

Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
